If you are interested in working together, I’m happy to have a brief chat by phone before you book your first session, where we can get a sense of each other and I can answer any questions you may have. You can then decide whether it feels like a good fit, and if you would like to start working together.

It is important that you find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and able to speak openly, so if I am not the right therapist for you, I can point you towards some resources where you might continue your search.
