Before training in psychotherapy, I worked in the Theatre industry for 20 years as a Casting Director, and more recently an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist.

I currently work as a Counsellor for Women+Health, a charity working in partnership with the NHS offering free counselling to vulnerable and isolated women in the borough of Camden.

Previous work as a counsellor includes at the
Central School of Speech and Drama
and online service Talking Counselling.
